I need to mention that I am utterly disappointed with this kind of response and behavior from a reputed company like yours. I chose OYO rooms due to your high reputation in the market.
But this issue has disturbed me. I had not expected this kind of service from OYO. I request you to refund my amount (Rs 27987) on priority.

I have getting confirmation from OYO against my refund Rs 27987/- from 22nd Oct'22. Now again resolution came to my mail ([protected]@yahoo.com) that I have to wait 7 to 14 working days. This is absolutely harassment from such high reputed organisation . Please intervene urgently before this approach to Consumer court, Twitter, Facebook and media with details documented mail and call from OYO.
