We will booked hotel room by Oyo customer service then we go to hotel hotel faculty was not providing the hotel we cantact Oyo customer service customer service person intiated refun we email also refund in that mail refund was intiated 7-14 working days we wait 15 days we didn't get refun . After thet we continuesly trying to oyo customer service Oyo customer service was don't respond.
