On 4th of October i booked a OYO hotel named OYO Townhouse 332 varthur main road Bangalore. I booked this hotel from OYO app at Rs 616. When i check-in the client charged me Rs 1000 by giving the reason that in Bangalore you can't find hotel below Rs 1600 so i paid extra Rs 1000. I called to OYO service desk they said once you check-out send the bill to us we will refund you to 7 days. After 7 days i called they said please provide bank details so that we can initiate your refunding process. 1 week later i again call to OYO service desk and they said it will 14 to 21 days from the date of check-out so from 5th oct to 26th Oct i should received my amount but didn't.
On 26th of Oct i do again call and this when i press 2 i hear this "no booking id is register with this mobile number press 1 for new booking and press 2 if you need any help of existing booking id" How can it be so i've been in touch with service desk from past 14 days now my call can't reach to service desk.
And the great part is one executive said we have a problem with your bank details why they didn't tell me earlier and when i ask why they don't have any reason they just say we are checking just wait for 2 minutes, after 15 minute call get disconnect. Sometime they don't even call.
I wrote many mail to OYO but no response is received from their end.
