Had booked an OYO through the app, it was a pre-paid booking. On the day of check-in, the hotel called and told there are no rooms available. The booking was then shifted to another place by OYO customer support and I had to pay at the second hotel as well. have been trying to reach oyo for refund on the earler booking but there is no confirmation. the request has been logged in under case id 16330359, but nobody from oyo has called to confirm the refund.
