This is regarding the OYO Refund issue. I have booked rooms in Cochin and I see they had different images in the website and rooms are in worst condition. So I didnt check in and called OYO customer care immediately. They promised for full refund and I sent all required details for the refund. I got confirmation email on the same on 12th Dec. I see there is nothing credited to my account till now and when I tried to call customer care, they are just hanging up the call with out any resolution. They asked me to wait 7-14:days on 30th. 14 days completed by today. Money is not yet credited.

It looks like a BIG SCAM.
