I have booked a room in oyo in kanchipuram on 17th august, 2019. I have paid the amount online (Rs. 1500) for the booking. But the property denied any relation with oyo. When i called their customer care, they said they can give another property but did not get any response even after waiting almost an hour (Mid night of 17th with my family). So with no choice left i had to pay rs. 3600 to get the same room in the same property.
I have called oyo team several times to refund the additional amount which i paid (Rs. 3600) and even emailed them and waited for almost a month but still no response from them.
