I have booked an OYO room on 15th July 2022 for 4 days i.e., 18th July 2022 to 21st July 2022. When I went to check-in, the hotel management rejected my registration as they were out of rooms. OYO had refunded me 1173/- out of the total amount of 2681/-. I will have to receive the total refund as I have not utilised their services at all. I had spoken the same to the OYO representatives for 5 times till date and all of them sent me an email comfirmation on the total amount to be refunded to me in max 14 days.
