Hi, I'm Vijay I booked a hotel from oyo call on 22th August, 2022, which I had to cancel on the same Day as Hotal Booking on 321rs but at reception they told me to pay 800rs. I talked to the oyo team, they cancelled the room instantly stating that the booking amount (Rs 321) will get credited back to me through the original mode of payment, which was Google pay. I called them for like 100 times for the same issue, 100 different guys picked up my calls, talked to me, I explained the same thing over over to those 100 guys, but at the end what they did was, they put me on hold, and the call got disconnected by its own.
