So I book A hotel through oyo I make payment via phonepe
After I call the hotel they refused to give me room they told me cancel your booking on oyo and came offline then I will provide you room otherwise there is no room for you
Than I call customer service they cancel the booking and I got refund immediately within 5 minutes
And they told me to book again the same hotel and told me now there is no issue you can go so he told me to book again And I do that but after some minutes, hotel manager call me and said to me you again booked on app I’m sorry I can’t give you room and his behaviour was aggressive so rude
Than I again canceled the booking and i got 0 refund
I call customer service they just harassing me I made around 50 calls they just saying Wait I’ll check and cut the call
I need my money back on my bank account ASAP
