I have booked a room at 8th sept.
My booking id is qjhs1472
I was denied check in say dat it's low tariff issue
So refund was initiated 8th and they said it will take 7 to 14 days
And i haven't received any amount till this day
I hav been calling them but they r not responding and always giving so reason
Now they r not evn responding
They asked me for account statement
I sent it
Now they r not responding in any way
