[Resolved] OYO — refund not done yet | |||
I booked oyo room on 10/8/19 for the next day. I was denied the book at the hotel on 11/8/19 due to low tariff and they told they are not taking oyo orders. I contacted the customer care and raised a compliant regarding the same. They told the money will be refunded in 7 to 14 days. But the money is not yet refunded even after 12 days. I contacted them again and they told that the complaint about refund was not raised yet, i may have to wait another 14 days. I want to get the refund as soon as possible as the cancellation of room was not due to my mistake. It was from the side of oyo. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
