I booked a oyo room and later on cancelled it because of hotel staff asking for more money for early checkin which is capped at max 30% as informed before by oyo team and hotel staff was behaving rudely and not listening. As per policy we can cancel the booking and get full refund.So I cancelled the booking.After cancellation I didn't recieved my money back. Tried reaching out to customer care and ticked was raised with assurance that within 14 days money will be refunded.
