[Resolved] OYO — refund not initiated after multiple follow ups

I have made a reservation on 23/12/2019 for 2 days at oyo flagship 41024 check inn mvp with booking id :zmgq1372. After check in we found that there is some issue with the tv and brought the same to notice of customer care team. After discussion oyo team has agreed to make a refund of around 600rs to original mode of payment. Its been almost 2 months and refund has not been initiated yet and no response from the team as well.
