I made a booking with oyo for hotel shivraj nanital in october. The app was having technical issues and it did not process the payment. I called oyo and they did confirm the payment has not gone through and wanted me to pay again and then i called to confirm that i only had one booking but by then the rep told me i had two bookings! He immediately cancelled the first one and said i will get the credit in 7-10 business days! Booking reference sodu7324 in the amount of 12968 rupees. I have been paying interest on that amount now and even after so many contacts even to the higher authorities no one has any details when will it show on my end just a one liner it only takes 7-10 business days! Its been more than 2 months guys!! I still have to pay interest on it what if my credit score gets impacted because of this? Who will be responsible?
