OYO — Refund not made yet

Hi Team,

I booked a hotel in Pune thru oyo on 18th April and paid advance of rs 202.

When i went to the hotel, the hotel people send they are not supporting Oyo.

I called oyo many a times for refund, they say they are processing and end the call.

My booking ID was 02MV1303.

Please do the needful.

This is getting near about a month.. And the payment is not yet made...

Please let me know, if this cannot be resolved at your level..I plan to go next level.
