[Resolved]  OYO — Refund not received after 15 days

Hi it ahs been more than 15 days since my refund was processed, when I booked the hotel there was clear availablity of room shown in app on reaching the hotel at approximately 10 pm the hotel owner said that rooms are all booked and they cannot accommodate us . After talking tto customer care we agreed on settling for another hotel but the hotel was in a very bad condition and slum area where we refused to stay and asked for a refund and to be clear it was already 11 pm tby then yet i have not received my refund till date and there is no update on it.
