I had booked Oyo rooms for 6 nights and made advance payment via OYO app but hotel denied access to amenities.
I requested OYO helpline to change hotel but it didn't work then I asked for refund which is pending for almost a month.
When I call to the customer service they disconnect the call after holding for 15 mins.
Kindly help on getting my refund back.
