I booked a Oyo hotel room online and made the full payment online. On the day of check-in the hotel asked for extra money for checkin. Later i talked to Oyo customer support and they agreed to refund the extra money paid. I received a mail confirming the refund. It's been more than 40 days since then and haven't received the refund yet. Have tried reaching the Oyo customer support numerous times, but no response. They deliberately are trying to avoid refunds.
