I have booke a room on 17 april 2023 for dates 22 april-23 april. I had done payment of rs 606 and after that when i checked on app it started showing booking on 17 april itself .i immediately called customer service +[protected] and told them .they told me its some software glitch and they told me they will cancel the booking and i will be refunded full.they cancel and made new booking and i had to make new payment as they told me i will recieve refund in 2-3 hours .now when i chec on app it say cancellation charges 606 rs .i tried calling them on +[protected] but now when i chose refund option it says either to go previous menu or main menu everytime.
I feel i am cheated.
