[Resolved]  OYO — Refund not received on booking id QOOM9690

I had received an email for refund from OYO on 23/01/2022 that I will receive my refund within 7-14 days and it is 10/02/2022 but I haven't received the refund yet. The reference id that they are giving is of the payment that I had made to them. No transaction id or other details of the refund is being provided. They are saying that they have initiated the refund but i haven't received any refund. The customer care chat repeats the same thing over and over and customer care number does not even gives an option of query regarding past bookings
