I did a booking with OYO App on 5th June and when I tried to checkin the hotel denied stating that there is electricity cutdown and hotel is not operational . I immediately called OYO customer care and they said complete refund will be received in 24-72 hours. I paid 2426 however only 300 has been received. Since then I called OYO numerous time almost like 20-30 times but the customer care centre disconnects my call or keeps it on long hold. I also send an email but there is no responce. Pathetic customer service. Even their IVR doesnt have an option to connect for complaint and the service desk number is only concerned with new booking.
