I have booked an oyo from the oyo app on 17th of August and I have made the complete payment of rupees 349 through upi but when I reached the place they asked me to pay the extra money of 2000 rupees and that's the reason I cancel the booking and on the app it was showing the refund is on its way but it has been more than a week and I haven't received the refund yet the customer care system is also very poor the art replying to my query or neither resolving it kindly please see to it
