Hi we have made a booking at one of the Oyo hotel named Hotel Vibes at Bahadi.
When I reached the hotel, no one was available and the hotel is locked. I contacted hotel the manager numbers but no response.
Then I cancelled my booking and contacted Oyo customer care.. now they have asked me to file complaint at this portal.
I'm literally very disappointed with the service.. please refund me the total amount of
Rs.2790/-
