Its already 14 days gone and the every customer care executives im talking to they holding my calls for 15 20 mins and then cutting the call, and some just keeping the phones beside and i can hear there background noises but they are not replying, i dont think this is how I should be treated and one of your executive was saying me to book a new room if i did that then he will initiate my refund, is it how it works???.. i have a call recording of it
