OYO — Refund pending since one week. No answer from OYO

I had booked a room with oyo at 6:00 pm on 25 Dec 2022 And at 8:02 pm decided to cancel the room because j feel insecure in the area where Hotel Jabki is based at Jamnagar. My refund payment of Rs 426 is pending even after escalation mangers promise of refunding full amount. They cut the phone after promising to call back with a solution but they never do this had happened 10 times. The escalation manager promised full refund into my payment method. But did not receive anything.
