[Resolved] OYO — Refund related issue | |||
Hello, I booked a OYO Hotel for two rooms (booking ID-RNLN7437) on 26th Dec 2021. The distance I was wishing for was 2-3kms from Har ki Pauri, Haridwar. But on OYO, due to the showing of wrong location, I booked a hotel. After that when I conformed the location through Google Map it was 15-20kms. So I talked to customer care (named Oma). She cancelled the hotel on my behalf and said I will get my refund in 7-10 wprking days. Its been 20 days now. When I tried calling again, Akshay picked and said to talk with IVIR team. I again tried calling and got no response. Please help me with my refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
