OYO — refund the extra money as assured by oyo

I had booked a hotel in nainital
Named - "oyo 5227 hotel new bharat"
From - 3 rd october to 5 october 2019
Payment - rs 1417 @pay at hotel option

But when i reached there he didn't allowed us to stay, saying room ain't available. So i called costumer care and she said she will find a new hotel with same rates nearby and assured me that the diffrence in amount will be paid by oyo.

I went to the new hotel called
"oyo 4889 moon 2"
For same dates
As i had no money i gave him my credit card and took rs 6169 without even telling me that he will charge so much. (Before oyo executive had talked to him about my issues). I should have been charged rs 1417 but they took rs 5966. I am yet waiting for the diffrence in the money to be paid by oyo as assured.

Please kindly force oyo to pay back the diffrence in amount that is rs 4549.

Attached documents are with all proof.

Oyo costumer care is not bothered about anything.

Nothing is being done . Oyo costumer care did nothing, refund not inititated
