[Resolved] OYO — Refunding issue | |||||
I have booked a oyo room in Kodaikanal for may 6, 2017 and may 7, 2017(1 day) via and the details are, Booked On - April 10, 2017 and the Booking ID is ZJSP7502 I have cancelled the room due to my personal reason on April 11, 2017 But I didn't get my refund amount still but got a message that the room was cancelled successfully and also they mentioned that the amount will be refunded, yet I didn't receive my refund amount and also any information about the refund process. Help me to resolve this issue and help me to get my refund amount as early as possible. Amount to be refunded : 2169.00 As per cancellation policy, no cancelling amount should be deduced from this and the whole amount should be refunded Was this information helpful? | |||||
