I booked room from 27 august to 29 august 2022.
I raised a tariff issue against booking ID- C9V13348 and customer executive raised a ticket with Ticket ID: [protected] | Ticket Type: SIG Escalations.
They said that when I checkout from hotel then they initiate the refund.
And Today 13 September, 2022 I'm logging this complaint because they haven't initiate the refund amount.
I'm requesting you to initiate my refund amount.
