[Resolved]  OYO — Regarding refund and hotel

I have booked 2 room for 2 days via OYO app. The room shown on app was having TV clean room, but when I booked it and checked in the hotel the room was stinking, bed sheet were not clean, and manager was not cooperative. Room was not what as shown in pics. We book 2 rooms for 6 persons but they shown us room for 2 persons only. When we asked them about this they said they will arrange extra bed on floor but there is no space in that room for bed. Then they show us another room which was as shown in picture on website we like it but they demand extra charges for it 1000 rs per room. We immediately call to OYO helpline and tell them all about hotel. Oyo said they will arrange another hotel for us and they suggest us another hotel but the picture of that hotel was as befor. So we were not comfortable there as we anly only women's. So we call to Oyo for refund and leave the hotel for searching new one. This was too hectic and time wasting program as we go for tour and enjoyment. It spoil our day and mood. From that day we are calling to Oyo customer service for refund but they still couldn't connect our call to proper person. Oyo customer service without giving me the solution disconnected the call. I am trying to reach out to there senior they are not even arranging it. At that very moment I had to find different accommodation with very high price as it was a strange city for me. Please look into this issue and ask them to refund amount.
