I was doing my booking for hotel oyo townhouse 75987(Booking ID: RHTU6344) but during my booking my money(Rs. 4447) got deducted and my booking didn’t get confirmed. So I called customer care and they told me you can book again if your booking is confirmed you can call us and your money will get refunded so I booked again(Booking ID: NU8E9612) and again paid the amount 4447 rupees and after few hours when I called they told me that both of your booking is confirmed so I asked them for my refund on first booking as promised by oyo but they we're not helping me at all they gave me customer care number ([protected]) but everytime I pressed the option to connect my call to customer service agent it was got disconnected.
I am really angry with oyo's service. No one in this company is dressing my concern or solving it. I am writing this email hoping to get a reply from your side. and please help me and refund my amount as soon as possible.
