[Resolved]  OYO — Regarding refund of extra payment done

I booked a hotel through oyo, booking id XHNN1145, when I reached the hotel the property manager denied me check and asked to contact oyo customer care. I tried calling the customer care several times, but no one picked up. It was late 9:00 pm at night, and as a women I didn't feel safe to find another property at night. So i asked tha manager that how much extra money I need to pay for the room and he said that I have to pay 4500rs. Extra apart from 3600 I paid earlier. Dissapointingly I had to pay rs. 4000 extra. The room they provided was not at all worth it. Bedsheet was torn, blanket and towel were dirty, not bathroom amenities were provided, and the room was full of cockroaches. It was worst than a lodge. My whole trip was spoilt because of the oyo and the hotel management. At the time of checkout a took a bill from them and on that same day i.e., on 19th june I contacted oyo and asked for my extra refund. I gave them all the proofs that were needed. They also confirmed from the property and then asked for my bank details to transfer the money. After that I received a mail that I will received my refund in next 7-14 days. After 1 week there was no update, so i called the customer service again and he also confirmed that I will received my refund in next 2-3 days. But even after 10 days I got no update, then I again contacted them and I got shocked after hearing that my refund was never initiated. The first person whom I talked to left the process in between. I then requested him to initiate the refund. He also assured me that I will receive .y refund in 24 hrs but still I haven't received it. No one in customer care picks up the call, if anyone picks it then puts in on hold and then cuts the call. I am seriously pissed at oyo. I've never experienced such a pathetic service ever. Shame on you oyo. I will never use your service neither will recommend anyone.
