I have booked the room at Townhouse OAK Pavana Valley Resort for date 25/12/2022 to 27/12/2022.
Booking is made from the booking.com but the payment link is provided by the OYO and payed the amount 7240Rs for the room.

Contacting customer care, they will keep on transferring for hours without connecting to right person and keeps its disconnecting. Also, reached their [protected]@oyorooms.com mail, but they said will process and no update after that and no replies for the followup mails.
