OYO — regarding room booking | |
I am a nri. I came to india for 1 week to make some pooja in sree mookambika kollur temple. I booked a room in ambika guest house on 12th september via oyo. They given the link for payment. I paid some amount. They told me balance i can pay to hotel. After my payment oyo sent message that there is some issue with hotel so they will change to butterfly camp hotel. As per their agreement me and my family (Including children, elder peoples) went to mookambika. This butterfly camp is located inside the thick forest. We reach there at 10pm on 12th september. But when i tried to contact with hotel they said they didn't get any update from oyo regarding room booking. Even they didn't open the gate also. We stuck in the forest with heavy rain. No food no shelter. So i tried to call oyo customercare. First their agent attend the call then that agent transfer call to their manager. After transfer i need to wait around 30 minute for getting manager. After getting manager that person said already updated with hotel. Then again i contact with hotel but they told same thing. From 10 pm to 3 am continuously i called to oyo. But nobody helped me. Finally we return to mookambika for checking other room from my side. But that day was festival time. All roomes are full. So we didn't get any room. Then we cancel our pooja and everything we return to our native. Actually we are from kannur, kerala. 8 hours we travel to reach mookambika. But this oyo spoiled everything. This is my request to people please don't use oyo. They will spoile your journey
