I made a payment for a hotel booking in Oyo application. The booking amount was 1088. The amount was deducted but the booking was not confirmed so the booking Id was also not generated. I called Oyo customer care several times but they didn't solve the issue and kept forwarding the calls. The UPI transaction Id is[protected]. I want to get the refund for the aforesaid amount. The screenshot of the transaction is attached herewith for reference.
