I have booked the room using oyo customer care support through phone from Dec 18 to Jan 4 for long stay they have given one offer SPOT booking with less amount and I payed 5200 (aprx) without seeing the hotel infra and hygiene and they said that it is near to you only but its wrong (Five km away from my expected location).I went to that hotel room size is very small, no hygiene in toilet and doors are broken . So I called oyo customer support and shared the photos of rooms infra and asked them to cancel the booking
they raised the ticket for refund with cancellation charges.OYO promised me that I will receive my amount after Jan 4 (Check-in and Check-out date) but still 12/1/2022 I didnt receive the amount, I called many times daily but no proper response from their side.

As we have checked your refund was initiated on 21/01/2022 and it has been refunded from our end. This is the UTR no - N[protected]. You can get it checked from your source bank. Do let us know for any other assistance.
