Oyo Room — Amount deducted but booking failed

Hello, I tried making a booking through OYO app in SPOT ON 49255 Hotel new Simran palace for the amount 569INR on 5/01/2021. I made the payment through ICICI Net banking. My transaction description from bank is BIL/ONL/[protected]/Oyo Hotels/wwwoyoroomscom1 ICICI BANK NODA. The amount got deducted after putting in the OTP but the booking failed for some reason hence it did not generate any booking ID. I demand a refund in this matter.
