[Resolved] Oyo Room — booking canceled

Oyo has canceled my boking wich made by me from oyo appp befor 4 mnths n paide fuly amunt advance but oyo canceld at last time due to company's technical issue but i dont want to cancel my boking n they canceled my boking n spoiled over vacation n refund my amount but its to let n they not proide any other rooms chosed by me n cheated to us.. 29 october i book oyo 42045 nakshatra enclave 7 november reach that place they told hotel was closed for maintenance but no one inform me or any receive message and they told already your booking is cancelled but still my amount not refund
