First off i was chargrd 25 to check in my room hour early to a empty hotel. Then my heater didnt work and the jacuzzi tub was filthy and leaking couldnt even use it. I called to tell them the heater wasnt working. And if i coukd switch he said he fix it tommorw so half the night i was freeziing. Not happy with the stay he even came up to the room and said hel deal with problem tommorw. Unacceptable. Im pissed. To say the least.
