On 13 september 2019 i have booked five rooms in this oyo 28378#bengaluru and paid an amount of rs 1400/- online. I got confirmation from oyo that rooms are "your stay is confirmed". I was accompanied by 13 other members from kerala including 61 year old my father and mother and my relatives. When this room was confirmed, we started our journey from kemmangundi top station which was 270 km journey and it take nearly 7 hours jouney and we reached # farm at 11.55 pm on september 13 and when enquired for room, they said that room was not available for us. They spoke so rudely to us. Since there is no option i call oyo team for support, they told me to find any other oyo room nearby, at 12 o clock. They suggest another oyo rooms nearly 8 kms away. He tell me that rooms are booked in garden#no 3291 n h byepass parvathappa layout gandi nagar nelamangala. When i reached there i got three single bed room instead of five double bedroom. Me along with my senior citizen parents and relatives stayed there in that hotel for same amount rs 4400 (+ 830 for additional room) which i have booked through oyo for the three single bedroom. Since an international company oy#is the reason for the same mental agony and distress which me and other 13 people faced on that terrible night, i request your speedy action on this robbery and neccessary action against culprit...
