I had booked a single room in a hotel in trichy on 24th June and had paid the full amount for the duration of the stay(Rs. 1900). When i reached the hotel on the said day, I was told by the hotel staff that all their single rooms were booked out. I had called the OYO customer service and had them book another hotel, for which I would have to pay again and they told me that the amount that I paid for the first hotel would be refunded. But its nearly been a month and I am yet to get back the money I had paid for the first hotel.
