I booked a room in Oyo room but was denied entry. I made another booking in a different hotel and asked multiple times to check with the property owner regarding availability and ensure a peaceful check-in. In the end, I was denied entry at both hotels. I was told by the second property owner that they are not accepting any bookings from Oyo due to tariff issues. Upon checking with the Oyo customer care executive, he confirmed that the booking was rejected due to the low tariff. Along with me, there were 3-4 other people in the queue facing the same issue.
I came to Hyderabad from Bangalore for a medical procedure and was just roaming around to check my booked room. The customer care executive still asking me to try 3rd booking.
