Dear all hereafter i will not prefer oyo rooms for booking my booking id was
Oqip7504 iam from tirupati i had booked for single room by oyo in hyderabad for two nights my check in was on 21st october & expected check out wad 23rd but due to medical emergency iam not able to stay there so i checked out on 21st evening itself, but they had taken money for two nights only & they are not supported to modifmodify the booking in online for 1 night & i called around 7 to 10 times each call taking 30 minutes to reach the required person i had lost my patience & no body till not taken the intiate to refund the money, they are telling verbally that your amount will be refund to your account in 10-14 days, who will wait such a huge days without written communication through sms/mail, i had spoken to senior persons to oyo team mr. Gaurav soni guest experience manager, deepanshu arora guest experience manager, but 4 days over still no written communication by messages/mail iam requesting you people's don't believe oyo team they are liers & cheaters you will loose your money by going to oyo. This is a worst experience first time in my life, by planning through each & every service provider should statisfy & their system should be user friendly i never such a complication & making people's to get risk.

Dear oyo team Iam sorry to give this Statement, since I lost my patience & giving the open Statement like this, I had dropped my money to Oyo team as I dropped to a begger, since the oyo team made me to give this kind of Statement like this, I had trusted oyo team but happened seems to be unexpectable, if I call to customer care it will be kept hold for 10 minutes & then the other person will come & he will hold the call for another 10 minutes, how long a person hold his call like this, Really Iam more upset on this, really oyo is genuine please resolve my issue within two days otherwise I will not believe oyo team, hereafter I will not call the customer care, since I had lost my patience, i had shared some of the photo copy for reference, please change your systems a customer should reach to any person of service within a span of time, but this seems to be more complicated & making the people to get in trouble hope you understand my pain, hereafter i will not prefer oyo in my life, if you resolve my issue within two days, it is highly appreciative.

Dear oyo Team till Iam getting my refund I will not give any kind of positive feedback on oyo team, still you are calling, /sending mails only, but where is the action taken only mail will help me to get the money that is just a communication only, till getting my money to my account, I wil not believe oyo team, yesterday you had called me & told to send the mail, i had replied immediately but no reply from your end, if really you had you had intiated, please share the Bank screen shot to my mail id, I had shared the mail received from oyo & the reply mail to Oyo, please find the attached photo copy & support as early as possible.

Dear cheating oyo team I want to know, you can able to refund my money or not, Iam having all documents with me, , please refund my money immediately, I can't wait no more days, i need immediate solution on this, otherwise I will take action against you.
Dear oyo team I want to know can you give my refund or not since several mails & putting a complaint against you, but you are least bodered about this, are you thinking customers are fools, then will follow some day & then they will forget this defenetly not, till Iam getting my refund to my account I will register a complaint against oyo on daily basis, this way you will approach the customer, we couldn't able to reach the required person who we want, the three Oyo Gentle mens Mr.Gaurav soni, Mr.Deepansu Arora, Mr.Pankaj this Gentle mens spoken with me & told we will immediately take action but 12 days over still action on this, result is Zero, this three gentle mens being in senior position why they are telling lies & chetaing customers, if they could have told we can't refund before my check out, I couldn't paid the money, then they could have been come in picture but I belived this three cheaters & paid the money is my mistake only, but I will not leave as it is, I will register daily complaint on oyo team daily like this, till Iam getting my refund.
