Dear team,
My self praveen I have booked hotel in kachiguda via Oyo and I paid 599 after payment I go to the hotel and asked for check-in but they refused with reason room is not available and we are not allotted to Oyo bookings and the same time I call to Oyo customer care and initated cancellation on booking so finally Oyo team has initated the cancle request for 599 room and suggesting that book another room so i booked hotel via Oyo customer care via phone call and I have paid 889 via Google pay
After that I visited the hotel the same issue we are not allotted rooms to Oyo bookings and they are telling that cancel Oyo booking and pay 1500 we will allocate the room
Finally I cancelled the booking in Oyo for 899 and I have taken room at another place and which is not linked to Oyo.
My question is about so many times I called customer care about my issue they are simply put my call on hold for 10 minutes and cut the call with out intimation
My request is that kindly refund my money my booking I'd is PVVS5390
Totally i experienced with Oyo is huge financial loss like booking via Oyo and call cab for pick up and drop and same was repeated 2nd time in same day that transport cost is 1000 rupees
And i block my amount at Oyo 599/-and 899/- in same day
And i am begging for my amount especially that is worrest thing
Any way pls look into this and resolve my problem and arrange Oyo bookings in genuine hotels not in mafia and so many people booked through Oyo on same day and those all persons getting same answers from hotel at kachiguda flagship 469 hotel
