Oyo Room — oyo life delay in receiving security money back from oyo life

I left oyo life room in sector 122 noida last august on the 10th and was promised to receive the security money back within 10 working days. I have also previously complained in this forum and was promised the security money back within 7 days.
But it doesn't seem like there is anything happening. Can I get another update as this has been dragging on for more than 3 months now.
