This is brought to your attention, I booked my rooms yesterday via OYO and my confirmation ID is QN0C3554. As per OYO amount for stay was ~1427/= I have been asked to pay 143/= for OYO (attached bill). and the remaining pay to the hotel.
When I visit to hotel and demanded to pay 3000/= instead of 1284/=
I reached out to OYO customer care and he transferred the call to the hotel. But the guy is speaking in Hindi even though I asked him to speak up in English. However, there is no proper coordination by OYO customer care. I asked an OYO customer executive to speak up but there was no response from him as well.
Again I tried to reach out to the booking office (which I booked my room) executive, I explained the scenario with him, he asked me to hold on call for 2-3 minutes and he said I will talk with the hotel person. He kept me on hold for 10 minutes but there was no response from him at all. Was this information helpful? |
