[Resolved] Oyo Room — Refund not received

I made a booking on 23/07/2022 and payed advance money (Rs 329) to confirm booking, but due to some reason i canceled the booking an hour later making the same. And its been more than a month I haven't received my refund amount. I tried contacting cc but computerised voice is not letting me to talk to the customer executive and even if i somehow managed to get to customer care executive they just asks to be on hold and after 10 min calls get disconnected.
