[Resolved] Oyo Room — regarding refund issue | |
Since 28 days i m calling everyday to oyo customer care regarding my refund issue but noone is reverting to my mails and calls properly. My booking id is rmab5167 and it was a online payment done. Booking date was 4th september and i had made double payments thats why i assured that i would get my refund back but as i m seeing noone is responding. This is the worst customer service i have seen in my life. Neverwould suggest or going to book any oyo rooms. Fab hotels and treebo are far better than oyo. I need my money back immediately.
