Oyo Room — room booked but not available for service

I have booked room at oyo in mathura. The oyo no is 2962. Now when we reached the staff of the oyo said that he has no room available. On further talking to the oyo support and help services they said that they will shift to the new oyo and help to reach there. They just shifted the oyo but not help to reach there. Now its too late for us to book the cab also. So i don't know what to do. We are just sitting under the fan at the oyo 2962 and on further contacting them they are just saying that they will connect to senior executive and after 10-15 mins of hold they simply cut the call. The new shifted oyo is oyo 10842.
My booking id is-ukys1369
If a booking is done and the payment is made that means that we have reserved some place or thing, so howcome you can say that the particular thing or service is not available and further you are supporting also. Please look into the issue an please please help me in this case.
