[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — 5 times customer care executive cut my call after 15 min waiting - after paid amount oyo behaves very bad and provided fake pictures of hotel | |||
Booking ID - ULQD8629 I am trying 5 to complain about my current booking becouse Hotel update in app my room number 110 but I am staying in room 109 and this room is not good and not matching with app hotel room picture. Oyo care person also raised a complaint case id[protected] but no response from care side.oyo making fraud to users try to stop and give some punishment on this type of activity done by care executives.
